16 oz FF cottage cheese
1 med celery stalk
1 med carrot
1 med red pepper
1/4 c chopped shallots
few shots of hot sauce
dash fresh ground blk pepper
Chop veggies. Mix all together and season to taste. Serve with whole wheat cracker or more veggies.
